OCx takes a holistic approach to network design. We consider geographic location, local telecom services, network connectivity, failover and PCI compliance issues when architecting a solution. After the location list as been compiled and the baseline applied, we consider bandwidth needs, voice traffic, the applications you use to support POS, loyalty programs and back-of-house systems, and allow for future applications you plan to implement. We then design multiple network options, from one or many telecom providers and rank them by price, features and benefits.

ROI and Cost Justification:

OCx designs networks that offer affordability and manageability. OCx runs multiple ROI and Cost Justifications against the baseline network to evaluate proposed network solutions. We continue to work the proposed solutions until they either fall within budget or fall out of contention, ultimately offering the performance, redundancy and reliability you require. We call the result “the optimal solution.”

Our solutions are usually cost justified, in other words, we typically save our clients enough money to justify other IT projects, equipment or personnel additions.
