For this reason, OCx conducts manual audits that evaluate services, rates and taxes line by line, location by location. It’s a big effort, but well worth the time.

During discovery we conduct a thorough telecom audit to uncover erroneous charges, non-disconnected cancelled services, billing errors, and mis-applied taxes, and we assist you in the recovery process. At the end of the audit, you are presented with a clean location list that reflects the actual charges you should be paying. The audit is later used as a benchmark to compare proposed service offerings during our planning process, and as a basis for the telecom inventory made available to each client through our web-based portal.
